TaxPulse is building a curated network of licensed tax professionals across the United States. We partner with experienced preparers — from solo practitioners to small firm owners — and give them access to our cloud-based platform, client referrals, and a support system that lets them focus on what they do best: preparing taxes.

This is not a standard employment role. As a TaxPulse Tax Professional Partner, you remain independent — working your own hours, setting your own fees, and managing your own clients — while gaining the tools, technology, and referral pipeline that comes with being part of the TaxPulse network.

• Prepare individual, business, and specialty tax returns using the TaxPulse cloud platform
• Onboard and serve clients referred through the TaxPulse network in your area
• Manage client documents digitally using built-in paperless workflow and e-signature tools
• File federal and state returns electronically (unlimited e-filing included)
• Communicate with clients professionally using our client portal
• Maintain your own credentials (PTIN, EFIN, state licenses) and stay current on tax law
• Optionally grow your practice by adding your own staff under the TaxPulse platform
• Participate in optional TaxPulse training sessions and professional development

Required:

• Active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) in good standing with the IRS
• Minimum 2 seasons of tax preparation experience
• Ability to prepare individual returns (Form 1040) accurately and independently
• Comfortable working with cloud-based software (training provided)
• Professional communication skills and client-facing experience

Preferred (strong candidates encouraged):

• Active EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number)
• CPA, EA (Enrolled Agent), or CTC designation
• Experience preparing business returns (Schedule C, S-Corp, Partnership)
• Bilingual — Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole, or other languages
• Experience with ITIN applications (W-7)
• Existing client base you'd like to continue serving
